There were re-enactment groups from every stage of British History from the Ermine Street Guard through to the Second World War. There were exhibits and demonstrations outdoors and in marquees. It was a great day out and the organisation was a triumph. Here are just a few of the scenes that we enjoyed that day covering Roman, Tudor and World War I history
